DGF Bio is a Sicilian company located in the heart of Sicily, in Nicosia, in the province of Enna, immersed in the Nebrodi mountains. Our company was born with the aim of creating a natural and high-quality product, capable of regenerating soils and nourishing plants in a sustainable way. Our main activity is the production of outdoor earthworm humus, an organic fertilizer known for its extraordinary regenerating properties. Thanks to our experience and attention to the territory, we are committed to offering an excellent fertilizer, free of chemical additives, derived exclusively from organic matter of local zootechnical origin. Earthworm Farming

Vermiculture is a natural process of breeding earthworms for the production of top-quality humus. At DGF Bio, we breed earthworms of the Eisenia Fetida species, known for their efficiency in decomposing organic matter and transforming it into humus, also known as the precious “Black Gold”. This organic fertilizer has the ability to significantly improve the structure and fertility of soils, restoring life and vitality to plants.

The production process takes place outdoors, ensuring an optimal environment for the earthworms and a complete natural cycle. We only use mature organic matter from local livestock farms, ensuring that our final product is completely natural and free of chemicals.
